Level One: Introduction to Civity – Building Relationships

Level One: Introduction to Civity | Saturday, November 15th

This 1.5-hour workshop is an entry point for individuals who want to begin to integrate more relationality into their lives. Participants are introduced to the fundamentals of civity practice through interactive exercises in building relationships with intention and authenticity. They also learn about the “what” and “why” of civity and the research behind it. Participants leave with do-able strategies they can use personally and professionally.
